TETRAMETHYLAMMONIUM HYDROXIDE
It is a Colorless crystals (generally contains 3 or 5 crystal waters in each molecular). Easily deliquesces and absorbs carbon dioxide in air. Decomposed into methanol and trimethylamine at 130℃. Normally made 10%、25%, solution in water and crystalline. Strong organo-alkali. A supporting electrolyte in polarography , a developer for photoresists, and no residue catalyst in organosilicon polymerization processes.
